Your data with RevivalOps

One file: your deals from the last three years. From it we keep company-level facts only: the company, the value, the dates, the stage, and why a deal was lost, as a category such as “timing”.

People. No names, no email addresses, no phone numbers, no job titles, no notes. Your CRM keeps the people.

Your browser removes those columns before anything is sent. You see exactly what we will receive before you press Send.

A company name can still be a person's name, such as a sole trader's. Our data agreement covers that case.

We never log into your CRM. We never send emails for you. We never sell your data. Only the providers on our sub-processor list handle it for us.

None. Our engine uses fixed rules. No AI model reads your data, and we will not change that unless you agree in writing first.

We delete the deals you send 30 days after you send them. Your plan's page shows the day, and you can delete them sooner there.

Backups clear within 7 days after that.

Press Delete my data now on your plan's page, and every deal you sent is gone at once. Or write to privacy@revivalops.com: we delete within 2 working days and confirm by email.

In the EU: Frankfurt, Germany. Our providers are Supabase (the database) and Vercel (the app). Neither is an EU company, so both are bound by data agreements and the EU's transfer safeguards. We tell you 30 days before we add one.

Before you upload, you tick our data agreement and our terms. You stay the owner of the data, and we process it for you, under the EU GDPR. It has terms for UK and US clients too.
