RevivalOps terms

Version 1.1, in force from 14 October 2026.

Fingerprint 43ca 97c3 3f66 e93e

In short

  1. We find the money already in your CRM and rank it. Your plan shows the money in your lost deals, your quiet deals and your past clients, and your top companies in the order to work them. Your team makes the contacts.

  2. We never send anything for you. We never log into your CRM.

  3. You upload one export of your deals. Your browser removes the people's columns before anything is sent.

  4. The plan is free. Your top 10 companies' moves are open, and you may pick one more. Nothing in these terms makes you pay: the paid program is not on sale yet.

  5. We delete your deals 30 days after you send them. You can delete them at once from your plan's page.

1. Who we are, and who you are

  1. "We" are MN Ventures, a sole trader registered for VAT in Sweden, trading as RevivalOps.

  2. Postal address: MN Ventures, HYW 3480 BILLO, 106 46 Stockholm, Sweden.

  3. Email: hello@revivalops.com. For anything about data: privacy@revivalops.com.

  4. Our VAT number is on every invoice.

  5. "You" are the business that accepts these terms. The person who accepts them confirms that they can accept them for that business.

  6. We sell to businesses only. These terms are not for consumers.

2. What these terms cover

  1. These terms apply from the moment you tick the box on our upload page. They cover the free plan, your account and your data.

  2. Three more papers are part of these terms:

    • the data agreement;

    • the sub-processor list;

    • the deletion and retention sheet.

  3. If two of them disagree on anything about personal data, the data agreement comes first. On everything else, these terms come first.

3. The free plan

  1. You export your deals from your CRM as a CSV file and drop the file on your private link. The export covers the last 36 months: open, won and lost deals. Any CRM's export can work. If the page cannot read your file, it says why, and nothing is sent.

  2. We give you "Your Revival Plan": the money in your lost deals, your quiet deals and your past clients, kind by kind, with the math, and your top companies in the order to work them.

  3. Your top 10 companies' moves are open free: why now, and the move to make. You may pick one more company, and we open its move free. One free pick for each firm.

  4. The free plan costs nothing. You have no duty to buy.

  5. We delete your deals 30 days after you sent them. You can delete them sooner from your plan's page.

  6. When we invite you to sign in, you sign in with a link sent to your email address. Your Revival Desk then shows your firm's companies from your latest upload. Your account page shows your members, your uploads with the day each is deleted, and the log.

4. The paid program

  1. The paid program is not on sale yet. These terms do not cover it, and nothing in them makes you pay.

  2. Before it goes on sale, we publish the terms that cover it, as a new version. You read and accept them at checkout, before you pay anything.

5. What we do, and what we never do

  1. We do the thinking. Fixed code reads your upload, sorts it, ranks it and picks the move for each company in your plan.

  2. Fixed rules do this work. No AI model reads your data, and we give your data to no AI tool.

  3. We never send anything for you. We never use your upload to contact anyone: not your clients, not your prospects.

  4. We never log into your CRM. We never ask for a password to it.

  5. We never sell your data, and we never publish it. We share it with nobody, except the providers on our sub-processor list, who work for us under contract.

6. What you do, and what stays yours

  1. You are the sender. Your team contacts your own contacts, from your own email and phone.

  2. Our moves are suggestions. You decide whether to contact a company, whom to contact there, and what to say.

  3. You follow the law that applies to your own messages and calls. For email, that includes the rules on consent and opt-outs where your contacts are: in the UK, PECR and the UK GDPR; in the EU, the GDPR and each country's rules on marketing by email; in the US, CAN-SPAM and state law.

  4. Mark your opt-outs in your CRM before you export. A company marked "do not contact" in your upload gets no move. We cannot see an opt-out that you did not mark. An opt-out that sits on a person's record may not be in a deals export at all: check the person before you write.

  5. You have the right to give us the data you upload. You have told the people in it what your own privacy notice requires.

  6. Keep your private links private. Anyone who has a link can see your plan and delete your data. If a link got out, tell us. We end it.

  7. The first person who signs in for your firm is its account owner. The account owner invites and removes members, and can delete everything. You answer for the people you invite.

  8. Your data stays yours. Our rules, our method, our templates and our software stay ours.

  9. You may use your plan and your moves in your own business, also after you leave. You may not sell them on or publish them.

7. Estimates

  1. The money in your plan is an estimate. The page states the rate it uses and shows the math. The estimate we sent for your two numbers, if we sent one, is an estimate too. An estimate is not a promise.

  2. What your team says and does decides the result. We cannot promise that a deal comes back.

8. Ending

  1. You can stop at any time. Delete your data on your plan's page or your account page, or write to us.

  2. Deleting your data does not close your account. To close it, the account owner writes to privacy@revivalops.com, as the deletion and retention sheet says.

  3. We may stop serving your firm at any time. We tell you by email, and your deals are deleted as section 3.5 says, or sooner.

  4. Some records stay after deletion: the record of your tick, and the log of uploads and deletions. Neither holds a deal. The deletion and retention sheet lists each one, with the reason.

9. Your data

  1. For the deal data you upload, you are the controller and we are your processor. The data agreement sets the rules.

  2. For your account and our emails with you, we are the controller. Our privacy notice for clients sets out what we hold.

  3. We receive company-level deal facts only. Your browser removes every other column before it sends. If a company name or another label you send holds a person's name, we receive that name as it is.

  4. We keep your data in the EU: Frankfurt, Germany.

10. Keeping things between us

  1. We keep your uploads and your plan secret. Only the providers on our sub-processor list handle them, for us.

  2. You keep our moves and our method inside your firm, as section 6.9 says.

  3. Either of us may say that you are our client only if the other agrees in writing.

11. Changes

  1. We may improve the service, or change how it works.

  2. We may change these terms. We email the account owner at least 30 days before a change starts. If your firm has no account yet, we email the address we sent your private link to. Each paper carries a version and a date.

  3. If you do not accept a change, you can delete your data before it starts.

12. Liability

  1. We answer for loss that we cause you by breaking these terms or by carelessness, within the limits below.

  2. Our total liability for everything that happens in a 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or £500 if that is more.

  3. We do not answer for:

    • lost profit, lost revenue, lost deals or lost goodwill, or any other indirect loss;

    • your messages and calls, and what your contacts do with them;

    • choices you make from an estimate;

    • faults in your CRM, your export or your internet connection;

    • events outside our control.

  4. These limits do not apply to loss we cause on purpose or by gross carelessness, or where the law does not allow a limit.

  5. The same limits cover the data agreement, as far as the law allows. They never limit what a person can claim for themselves under data protection law.

  6. Tell us about a claim in writing within 12 months of the day you found the reason, or should have found it. After that, the claim is lost.

  7. If someone else brings a claim against us because of your messages, your calls, or data you had no right to give us, you cover our reasonable costs.

13. A move to our company

  1. We may move these terms, and every paper in section 2.2, to a Swedish limited company that takes over the RevivalOps business.

  2. We email the account owner at least 30 days before. Your terms stay the same.

  3. If you object, you can delete your data at once.

14. Law and disputes

  1. Swedish law governs these terms. Its rules on which country's law applies are left out.

  2. We talk first. If we have not agreed within 30 days of a written complaint, either of us can go to court.

  3. The courts of Sweden decide, with Stockholm District Court as the first court.

15. The rest

  1. We write to you by email: to the account owner's sign-in address, or to the address we sent your private link to. You write to us at the address in section 1.3.

  2. If one part of these terms does not hold, the rest stays in force.

  3. If we let something pass once, we have not given up the right.

  4. These terms, with the papers in section 2.2, are the whole agreement between us about the service. What we said by email before does not change them.

  5. The English text is the one that counts.
